Advisory session
An hour with someone who has actually run the process
The calculator gives you a range. It cannot tell you whether now is the right moment, which acquirers are live in your sector, or what a buyer would object to in your numbers. That is what this hour is for.
What the hour covers
- Sixty minutes with a senior advisor
- Not an associate, and not a sales call with a pitch at the end.
- A valuation range you can defend
- Built from your own numbers, with the reasoning set out.
- The realistic buyer or target landscape
- Who transacts at your size in your sector, and what each type pays for.
- A straight read on timing
- Including when the answer is that you are better off waiting two quarters.
- A written summary afterwards
- What we discussed, what we would do next, and in what order.
What it is not
- A formal valuation certificate or fairness opinion
- Legal, tax or investment advice
- A commitment from you to engage us for anything
On the fee being credited
If you go on to engage us on a sale or an acquisition, the $495 is applied in full against our fee. It is not an extra cost of hiring us. It is the first hour of the work, paid up front so the hour is a working session rather than a pitch.
If you decide not to proceed, you keep the analysis and the written summary, and you owe nothing further.

Tell us what to prepare
The advisor reads this before the call, so the hour starts on your situation rather than on background questions.
